Nowshahr port with over 70 years of experience was established with the arrival of the first commercial ship carrying parts and machinery of Karaj Iron & Steel Works Factory.

The port has the ability to provide services to a variety of goods including general, container, bulk, petroleum, general cargo of ships, logistics, maintenance and processing of goods and there is the possibility of merchants and private sector investors benefiting from the benefits and facilities that arise due to Law of Special Economic Zones.

Currently, Persian Gulf Maritime Services Company with 6 navigators and 5 floats, including tows and navigator boats provides steering and towing services in Noshahr and Fereydonkenrar port.
